Promoting public disclosure of regulation!
Public disclosure of regulatory agreements promotes consumer rights,
helps enforcement of obligations, and reduces incentives for corruption.
To help promote the practice of routine disclosure the Infrastructure
Contracts & Licenses Database provides links to government and regulatory
agency web sites that contain the main instruments – contracts and licenses –
used to regulate public and private provision of infrastructure services.
More about this database
The Database currently provides more than 350 links to energy (distribution and transmission),
telecommunications (fixed and cellular), transportation (airports, ports, and rail), and
water and sanitation contracts and licenses in nine countries.

Note: If a contract or license is not in our database, either we
have not been able to find it or governments don’t disclose it online. |
